Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PJM Designs LLC ("we", "us"), Sheridan, Michigan, for your use of BoothNest. By creating an account or using BoothNest, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including by people you invite.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
Free trial
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial.
- You will not be charged during the trial. We email you a reminder before the trial ends.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged for the plan you chose.
Plans, billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until canceled.
- Each plan has a limit on how many items can be for sale at once. Sold and removed items don't count.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Missed payments and cancellation
If a payment fails, your trial ends without a subscription, or you cancel, your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export your data, but you can't add or change it until a plan is active again.
Your data
You own the data you put into BoothNest. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use BoothNest only for lawful business purposes, and upload only content you have the right to use.
- Don't try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Service and liability
We work to keep BoothNest available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You're responsible for checking prices, labels, sales figures and reports before relying on them. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if the changes are significant, we'll notify account owners by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
