Run your antique mall on BoothNest
One system for the register, your vendors, booth rent and monthly statements. Built for how antique malls actually work, not adapted from a clothing store.
Everything the front counter and the office need
Register built for malls
Scan a vendor's QR tag, or type the vendor code and price. Split payments across cash, check, card, PayPal and Venmo. Multiple tax rates and tax-exempt sales.
Every sale credited to the right vendor
Sales land on each vendor's account the moment they happen, including several sellers sharing one booth (seller codes like 214-JS).
Rent, commission and statements
Booth rent, commission and fees per booth. Monthly vendor statements and daily or weekly sales emails go out automatically.
Card payments that go to you
Connect your own Stripe or Square account and use a smart card reader, or show a PayPal / Venmo code. Money goes straight to your account; BoothNest adds no processing fee.
Vendors on BoothNest sync automatically
When a vendor uses BoothNest for their booth, a sale at your register marks their item sold and notifies them, with the item's photo on your screen when it is scanned.
Returns, store credit and layaway
Refund to the original card, cash or store credit. Put items on layaway with a deposit; held items cannot be rung up by mistake.
Staff PINs and permissions
Each cashier signs in with a PIN. Choose who can void, refund, discount or open the drawer, with manager approval on the spot and a built-in time clock.
Keeps working when the internet drops
Cash and check sales continue offline and upload when the connection is back. Booth pages stay usable on a weak signal.
Receipt printers and cash drawers
Network receipt printers (Epson and Star cloud printing) print every sale and open the drawer. See the equipment list, or have PJM Designs quote a bundle.
BoothNest compared with a general retail POS
General POS systems such as Square or Clover are excellent registers, but they are built for one business selling its own stock. An antique mall is dozens of small businesses under one roof.
| What a mall needs | BoothNest | General retail POS |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor codes, booth rent and commission | Yes | No |
| Monthly vendor statements and sales emails | Yes | No |
| Several sellers sharing one booth | Yes | No |
| Vendors see their own sales and inventory | Yes | No |
| Card, cash, check, split payments | Yes | Yes |
| Returns, store credit, layaway | Yes | Yes |
| Staff PINs and permissions | Yes | Yes |
| Works offline for cash sales | Yes | Yes |
| Processing fees paid to BoothNest | No | Varies |
General retail POS features vary by provider and plan; mall-specific features usually need separate consignment software.
