Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BoothNest collects, how it's used and the choices you have. BoothNest is operated by PJM Designs LLC ("we", "us"), Sheridan, Michigan.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your business data: the items, photos, prices, booths, sales, expenses and other records you enter or import.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe; we never see or store it. We keep a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription, your plan and your payment status.
- Technical information: basic logs such as sign-in times, IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To run BoothNest for you and show you your own data.
- To bill your subscription and send account emails such as trial reminders, receipts and security notices.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your business data for advertising.
Who else can see it
Only you and the people you invite to your account can see your business data. Each account is kept separate from every other account. We share information only with service providers we need to run BoothNest (such as our web host and Stripe), or when required by law.
Cookies
BoothNest uses cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. If you cancel, your account becomes read-only and your data stays available for you to export. To have your account and its data deleted, email us from the address on the account. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-account data separation and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
