Every plan includes every feature and a 14-day free trial. Sold and removed items don't count toward your limit. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged until your trial ends.

Questions about plans and billing

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during your 14-day trial. We email you a reminder a few days before the trial ends, and your first charge happens on the day it ends.

How do I avoid being charged?

Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged anything. Your trial end date is shown in your account and in the reminder email.

What counts toward my item limit?

Only items that are currently for sale. When you sell or remove an item, its spot frees up. If you reach your limit, you can still view, edit and sell everything; you just can't add new items until you upgrade or sell some.

What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?

Your account switches to read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still view and export all of your items, photos and sales. Update your payment or choose a plan and everything works again right away.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. BoothNest runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen. You can take item photos with your camera, add items at the booth and mark things sold on the spot.

Can I bring in my existing inventory?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet of your items, and export to Excel or CSV whenever you like. Your data is yours.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, up or down at any time from your account. Monthly and yearly billing are both available; yearly works out to two months free.

Who can see my inventory?

Only you and the people you invite to your account. Each BoothNest account is kept separate from every other account.
